Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hostxpeed. By creating an account or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any future updates.
Our Services
Hostxpeed provides VPS hosting services including:
- Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting with NVMe SSD storage
- Server management and administration tools via client portal
- Operating system selection and reinstallation capabilities
- 24/7 technical support via ticketing system
- Automated billing and invoice management
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.
Account Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your contact information is accurate and up to date
- All content hosted on your VPS servers
Hostxpeed staff will never ask for your password. Report any unauthorized access immediately to support@hostxpeed.com.
Payment & Billing
All services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle.
- Invoices are auto-generated and due on the specified date
- All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise
- Applicable taxes may apply depending on your location
- Failed payments will result in service suspension after the grace period
Service Suspension & Termination
- Services are suspended after 3 days of non-payment past due date
- Services are terminated after 7 days of non-payment
- Terminated service data may be permanently deleted with no recovery
- Accounts violating our policies may be suspended immediately without notice
Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email (UBE/UCE)
- Hosting malware, phishing sites, or any illegal content
- Conducting DDoS attacks, port scanning, or network abuse
- Mining cryptocurrency without prior written approval
- Storing or distributing copyrighted material without authorization
- Any activity that violates applicable local or international laws
Violation of these policies will result in immediate account termination without refund.
Intellectual Property
All Hostxpeed branding, software, documentation, and platform content is owned by Hostxpeed and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you host on your VPS servers.
Termination
You may cancel your service at any time through your client area. Hostxpeed reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data may be permanently deleted after a brief retention period.
Limitation of Liability
Hostxpeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum cumulative liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days of service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration.
