Hostxpeed is committed to providing high-quality VPS hosting services. We understand that issues may arise, and this policy outlines when and how refunds are provided. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any service.
Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new VPS hosting orders:
- Valid for first-time purchases only — not applicable to renewals
- Must be requested within 7 days of the initial order date
- Full refund of the amount paid for the first billing cycle
- One refund per customer account
How to claim: Submit a support ticket from your client area within 7 days of purchase stating your reason for cancellation.
Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- Service not provisioned within 24 hours of successful payment
- Significant service downtime exceeding our 99.9% SLA (not caused by client)
- Duplicate payment or billing error on our part
- Service cancelled within the 7-day money-back guarantee window
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Service suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Downtime caused by client-side actions (misconfiguration, DDoS from client)
- Requests made after the 7-day guarantee period
- Renewal payments (no refund on renewals)
- Add-on services, setup fees, or domain registrations
- Services where the client has used significant resources
Accounts terminated for abuse or policy violations are not eligible for any refund regardless of the billing cycle.
How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your client portal at hostxpeed.com
- Open a new support ticket under the "Billing" department
- Subject: "Refund Request - Invoice #[your invoice number]"
- Include your reason for the refund request
- Our team will respond within 24 hours
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used
- Bank processing times may add 3–5 additional business days
- You will be notified via email once the refund is processed
Service Credits
In cases where a refund is not applicable but a service issue exists, we may offer account credits as an alternative. Credits:
- Are applied to your Hostxpeed account balance
- Can be used toward future invoices or service upgrades
- Do not expire as long as your account remains active
- Are non-transferable and have no cash value
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service at any time from your client area:
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- No partial refunds are given for unused days in the current billing period (after 7-day window)
- Your data will be retained for 7 days post-cancellation before permanent deletion
- You can reactivate a cancelled service within the 7-day data retention window
