Hostxpeed VPS Management Overview

Overview

The Hostxpeed client portal provides a comprehensive dashboard to manage your VPS services. This guide explains every section of your service detail page.

Accessing Your Service Detail Page

1. Log in to your Hostxpeed Client Area at https://server.softileo.com
2. Navigate to My Services
3. Click on your active VPS service

Server Statistics Dashboard (Live Cards)

The top section shows 8 real-time server metrics:

• RAM Usage - Current RAM usage with percentage and used/total (e.g., 32.7% - 2.5 GB / 8 GB)
• CPU Usage - Current CPU utilization and core count (e.g., 0.0% - 4 vCPU Cores)
• Storage Used - Disk space usage (e.g., 11% - 7.6 GB / 75 GB)
• Server Uptime - System uptime as percentage and days (e.g., 99.9% - 1 Days)
• Load Average - System load (e.g., 0.5 - 1m / 5m / 15m)
• Network I/O - Inbound and outbound traffic (e.g., 63.4 Mbps / 208.9 Mbps)
• Connections - Active sessions count
• Bandwidth - Monthly bandwidth usage (e.g., 27.2 GB This Month)

Service Information

Displays key service details:

• Order Number - Unique order identifier (e.g., ORD-1777278684)
• Hostname - Server hostname (e.g., sr.utilixea.com)
• IPv4 Address - Main IPv4 address
• IPv6 Address - IPv6 address if assigned
• Location - Server datacenter location
• Operating System - Current OS and version
• Activation Date - When service was activated
• Renewal Date - Next billing date
• Billing Cycle - Monthly, quarterly, or yearly
• Specifications - RAM, CPU cores, storage (e.g., 8GB RAM • 4 vCPU • 75GB Storage)

SSH Access Section

Contains your SSH connection details:

• Server IP - Your VPS IPv4 address
• SSH Port - Default port 22 (or custom if changed)
• Username - Usually hxroot for root access
• Password - Hidden for security (change via Change button)
• SSH Connection Command - Ready-to-use command (e.g., ssh hxroot@YOUR_IP -p 22)
• Change Button - Update your root password

Control Panel Access (If Installed)

If you have HestiaCP or other control panel installed:

• Control Panel - Type (e.g., Hestia CP)
• Access URL - Link to control panel login
• Username - Control panel username
• Password - Hidden for security

Quick Actions Sidebar

Right sidebar contains quick management actions:

• Restart Server - Reboot your VPS
• Request OS Reinstall - Change operating system
• Change Password - Update root password
• View Network Stats - Detailed bandwidth graphs

Service Information Footer

• Service ID - Internal service identifier (e.g., #19)
• Status - Active, Suspended, or Pending
• Next Billing Date - When your next invoice is due

Management Tips

• Monitor resource usage daily through the live stats cards
• Set up email alerts for low disk space or high usage
• Request OS reinstall from the portal if you need a fresh start
• Always backup important data before OS reinstall
• Use the SSH connection command for easy terminal access
• Change passwords regularly through the SSH Access section
