By activating the affiliate program on your Hostxpeed account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Policies in full.
1 Eligibility & Enrollment
To participate in the Hostxpeed Affiliate Program, you must:
- Have an active Hostxpeed client account in good standing
- Agree to these Terms & Policies in full
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of Hostxpeed staff
Enrollment is completely free. By activating the affiliate program on your account, you agree to all terms stated herein.
Note: Hostxpeed reserves the right to reject or revoke affiliate status at any time without prior notice, particularly in cases of suspected abuse or violation of these terms.
2 Commission Structure
The Hostxpeed Affiliate Program operates on a recurring commission model:
- Commission Rate: 10% per qualifying transaction
- Qualifying Transactions: VPS plan purchases and renewals only. Add-on services, setup fees, domain registrations, and one-time charges are excluded from commission calculations.
- First Order: 10% of the VPS base price (monthly or yearly) — held for 7 days before approval
- Every Renewal: 10% of the VPS renewal price — credited to your wallet automatically upon payment
- Duration: Commissions continue for the lifetime of the referred customer's active subscription, unless Hostxpeed modifies or terminates the affiliate program as outlined in Section 7
Example: If your referral pays $15/month for VPS, you earn $1.50/month. After 12 months, that's $18/year from a single referral — automatically credited to your wallet.
Commission rates are set by Hostxpeed and may be changed with or without notice. The rate applicable at the time of the transaction will apply to that transaction.
3 Commission Hold Period
To protect against fraud and chargebacks, the following hold policy applies:
- First Order Commission: Held for 7 days from the date of payment. This corresponds to our money-back guarantee window. After 7 days, the commission is approved and credited to your wallet.
- Renewal Commissions: Credited to your wallet immediately upon payment — no hold period applies.
Important: If a referred client requests a refund within the 7-day window, the associated first-order commission will be cancelled and not paid out.
4 Payment & Withdrawal
All commissions are credited to your Hostxpeed wallet balance. Withdrawal options include:
- Bank Transfer (Pakistan — UBL)
- Wise.com international transfer
- SWIFT/ACH (international wire)
- Wallet credit (use toward your own Hostxpeed services)
To request a withdrawal:
- Navigate to your Wallet section in the client dashboard
- Submit a withdrawal request with your preferred method
- Withdrawals are processed within 2–5 business days
Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is set in your account settings. Amounts below the minimum can be used as wallet credit toward your services.
Hostxpeed is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions, international transfer times, or incorrect payment details provided by the affiliate.
5 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions:
- Self-referral (using your own referral link to create fake accounts)
- Cookie stuffing or any form of forced clicks/redirects
- Misleading advertising or false claims about Hostxpeed services
- Spam emails, unsolicited bulk messaging, or any form of UCE
- Purchasing paid ads using our brand name without written permission
- Creating fake orders or fraudulent accounts to generate commissions
- Incentivizing referrals in ways that violate platform terms (e.g., cashback schemes)
- Using trademarked terms in domain names or social media handles
Warning: Any detected fraud or abuse will result in permanent account suspension, forfeiture of all earned commissions, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
6 Termination & Cancellation
By Hostxpeed: We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Reasons may include but are not limited to:
- Violation of these terms
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Closure of the affiliate program (see Section 7)
- Legal or compliance requirements
Upon termination by Hostxpeed:
- Pending commissions from first orders not yet past the 7-day hold may be forfeited
- Already-approved and wallet-credited commissions remain yours
- Future renewal commissions from your referrals will stop
By You: You may cancel your affiliate participation at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation will:
- Stop future commission tracking
- Not affect your existing wallet balance
- Not affect your main Hostxpeed client account
7 Policy Changes & Program Closure
Hostxpeed reserves the unilateral right to modify, update, or completely revise these Affiliate Terms & Policy at ANY time without prior notice. Changes may include:
- Commission rate adjustments (increase or decrease)
- Changes to hold periods for commissions
- Addition or removal of qualifying transaction types
- Withdrawal method changes or fee adjustments
- Complete discontinuation of the affiliate program
- Reduction or elimination of commission payments for future renewals
Critical Notice: Hostxpeed may, at its sole discretion, discontinue the entire affiliate program at any time. In such an event, future commission payments (including renewal commissions not yet paid) may be reduced, modified, or completely terminated. Already-credited wallet balances will remain yours, but future earnings from existing or new referrals may stop entirely at Hostxpeed's discretion.
Your Responsibility: It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued participation in the affiliate program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Where possible, Hostxpeed will notify affiliates of significant changes via email or dashboard notification, but is not obligated to do so.
By participating in the Hostxpeed Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and accept that this program can change or end at any time, and you have no claim to future commissions beyond what has already been credited to your wallet.
8 Disclaimer & Liability
The Hostxpeed Affiliate Program is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Hostxpeed makes no guarantees regarding:
- The amount of commissions you will earn
- The continued availability of the affiliate program
- Uninterrupted access to the affiliate dashboard
- Referral tracking accuracy (though we strive for 100% accuracy)
Hostxpeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost profits, or business opportunities.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in accordance with Pakistan law.
