Step 1: Check Server Status
Log in to your client area and check if your server shows as Online under My Services.
Step 2: Ping the Server
ping YOUR_SERVER_IPStep 3: Try a Different Port
If SSH is not responding, try connecting on port 22 and verify your firewall rules are not blocking it.
Step 4: Reboot
From your client area, use the Reboot option under your service. A hard reboot usually resolves temporary OS freezes.
Step 5: Contact Support
If none of the above works, open a support ticket. Include your server IP and a description of the issue.
